How do I get help by text?

Reply HELP to any TextMail message and we will send our support contact information.

What counts as a message?

One message is one SMS segment of up to 160 characters. Longer emails are split into multiple segments, and each segment uses one credit from your balance.

How do I manage billing or turn off auto-renewal?

Open your dashboard to change your plan, turn off auto-renewal, update your card, or cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; credits you already bought stay in your account.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@textmail.us from your account email and we will delete your account, mobile number, and message history.
